The Arc of Butler County’s Residential Program offers a continuum of services to assist individuals on their journey toward independent living. Individuals may enter the continuum at any appropriate point dependent on their needs.

The Community Living program is equipped to meet the diverse and often complex needs of each individual with available 24-hour support and supervision provided by highly trained Direct Support Professionals.

The Life Sharing Program, previously known as the Family Living Program, is a very unique program which places individuals into the home of community providers for long-term care and training.

Semi-Independent supports individuals whom have already acquired the basic skills necessary for independent living, but are not yet ready to live entirely on their own.

Respite services are provided as a short-term, time limited reprieve for families and unpaid care givers of people with ID/DD and Autism Spectrum Disorder in a licensed setting to ensure continuity of care, health and safety.
