AERO (Activities, Employment, and Recreational Opportunities) is a group of programs offered by The Arc of Butler County which focus on employment and independent living outcomes for individuals with ID\/DD and\/or ASD. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Supported Employment Program works to fulfill business partner needs with dedicated employees, assist with job development including resume building and job applications, and provides job shadow and paid work experiences to transition-age youth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The After School Transition Program is designed to facilitate a successful transition to the adult world for students need intensive transition services. The program provides opportunity for employment and community living through formal planning with the individual students. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
